The movement is slow, deliberate and organic. The environment is super nourishing and supportive. We will sweat, laugh and dig deep, all in an attempt to live life more fully.
 
This course is designed to help you grow your practice with consistency and under close guidance. Each week builds on the previous experiences. Themes, sequences and overall structure are all created with the intention to help you discover ways of moving that not only are well aligned but also feel really good in the body. It's about staying curious and present in movement so your practice can become more graceful, smooth and fluid. It is as much physical training as it is mindful and meditative.

saturday's YOGA school is offering you a place where you develop skills for your asana practice as well as experience from the ground up tools, to help you grow a solid meditation and breath practice.
The movement is slow, deliberate and organic. The practice is detailed, subtle yet physically challenging. The environment is super nourishing and supportive. We will sweat, laugh and dig deep, all in an attempt to practice more skilfully and live life more courageously.
These Saturday classes have been long in the coming. For experienced students they will offer an environment to close some gaps in your practice. For newer students it's a unique opportunity to hone your practice from the get go.
We have super limited space so booking is highly advised. Please use the link below each date to place your booking. Give at least 24hrs prior notice.
