- I have a small waiting list that is usually around 8 weeks. If however you need an earlier appointment for a particular reason, let me know when we schedule your appointment.
To elevate and maximise your experience:
- you receive recordings of our session as well as a personalised .pdf this is so you can totally relax during our session
- it's a good idea to have a few minutes to yourself prior to our session as it allows you to drop in and relax
- bring maybe a nice cup of tea into our session if you want to. It's casual.
