asana - meditation - breathwork

A weekly class to clear, reset and fortify the entire system
Designed so you can be more of you, in your daily life & work. 

30min movement followed by 30min breathwork, meditation, deep rest. 
Online and in-person classes vary slightly in format and content.
A practice for all levels of experience.
