THE EXPERIENCE
The sole intention of this retreat is to send you home with a surplus.
Every component of this week is designed to foster joy & vitality. The land, food, practices and routines are all selected to catalyse nourishment and vibrancy, so your system can come into a surplus, physically, energetically but also in your vision and spirit.
Whether you need quiet time to yourself or want the excitement and stimulation of meeting new humans, this retreat not only respects your needs but welcomes you as you are. No dogma, just a warm, supportive environment to elevate your own aliveness.
THE PRACTICE
The studio space is with open view to the sea, live nature sounds and sunset views every eve.
Our morning sessions create space and capacity. The evening sessions nourish and elevate.
We integrate a wide spectrum of practices such as movement, meditation, breath work, restorative work, yoga nidra as well as yin practices to feed the physical, organise the internal and elevate the soulful. Throughout the day you find space to rest, process, eat, dream, laugh and play.
ACCOMODATION & FOOD
We’ll be in the most beautiful eco resort along the north western stretch of Bali. Wide open beaches invite for long walks, luscious gardens and several pools offer you cosy places to reflect, read a book or hang with others.
Your lodge is designed in the most authentic and stunning decor, the bathrooms are beyond words and the private patio invites to hang, muse and rest. You can choose between sharing a Bungalow (if you come alone you'll be paired up with one other retreat participant) or having it all to yourself.
You’ll be dining with view of the ocean, the food is incredibly nourishing, light and soulful. Whether you are vegetarian, vegan, or eat fish, you will be well taken care of.

Shared Bungalow (sleeps 2): €1650 per person. If you come alone, we pair you.
Single Bungalow (sleeps 1): €1950

If you book during November 2023 you get a €200 discount!
Deposit €500 (non-refundable) at time of booking.
The remainder is due by 31st August 2024.

Once you’ve paid your deposit you are part of the Bali crew. This means you will receive my Saturday online practice for free and receive little surprises such as meditation & practice gifts along the way, to shorten the wait and grow us as a community.
